ICIS is a biannual conference that aims to be one of the top venues for academics, researchers, and business professionals from all over the world to exchange knowledge, research results, and best practises in information and library science. Journal of Information and Knowledge Management (JIKM) (ISSN:2231-8836 | E-ISSN:2289-5337) is published by the Faculty of Information Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. The goals of JIKM are to encourage the interchange of knowledge and information in research projects, new discoveries and advancements in knowledge management and information technology usage for the construction of an information-rich society.
